1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Job Search Pass ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Job Search Pass provides AI-powered tools to assist with job searching, including resume scanning, resume generation, mock interview preparation, application tracking, and related features. The Service is operated by Chroma Mystic, LLC.

Joborcist is a feature of Job Search Pass — a community-powered job board that allows job seekers to rate and review job listings for transparency and accountability, helping users identify and avoid ghost job postings. Joborcist is also operated by Chroma Mystic, LLC and governed by these same Terms of Service.

3. Passes and Payments

Job Search Pass (One-Time Purchase)

Access to Job Search Pass tools (resume scanner, mock interview, application tracker, etc.) is provided through a one-time purchase of a Job Search Pass (90-day or 180-day). Key terms:

• All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once a pass is activated.
• Access expires automatically at the end of your pass period with no further charges.
• There is no auto-renewal. You will never be charged again unless you explicitly purchase a new pass.
• Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes.

Joborcist – Corporate Subscriptions

Employers who post job listings on Joborcist subscribe to a monthly recurring plan. Three tiers are available:

• Starter — Up to 2 active job postings per month. Includes basic analytics.
• Growth — Unlimited job postings. Includes full analytics and the Joborcist Score dashboard.
• Pro — Unlimited job postings with featured placement, full analytics, AI Advisor access, and priority support.

Subscription billing terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
• Chroma Mystic, LLC reserves the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
• Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to generate content intended to deceive or defraud employers

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate resume suggestions, interview questions, and other content. This content is provided for informational and assistive purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated output. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before use.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, its design, and its underlying technology are owned by Chroma Mystic. Content you create or upload (such as your resume) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will help you secure employment. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chroma Mystic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
