This Privacy Policy applies to Job Search Pass and all of its features, including Joborcist — a community-powered job board where job seekers can rate and review job listings to exorcise ghost jobs from their search. Both are projects operated by Chroma Mystic, LLC. References to "the Service," "we," or "us" in this policy cover all features under the Job Search Pass platform.

When you create an account or purchase a pass, we collect your email address and payment information. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe — we never store your credit card details. We also collect basic usage data (such as features used and session activity) to improve the product.

Send occasional product updates or important notices (you may opt out at any time)
Improve the platform based on aggregated usage patterns

AI providers — powering resume analysis, mock interviews, and other AI features (your content may be sent to these services to generate results)

We retain your data for as long as your account exists. When your pass expires, your account and associated data remain stored. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
